  • If you’re selling your home, let us inspect it before you even list it. We inspect every part of your house including appliances, attic and roof, crawlspaces, electrical systems, foundation, HVAC, outlets, plumbing structure, windows and doors. We will also inspect any detached structures or garages. Receive your report by email within 24 hours of inspection.

  • For swimming pools & spas, we evaluate ancillary equipment such as pumps and heaters, and electrical components for functionality and proper working conditions.

  • Let us inspect the condition of any added on structures to the property to ensure safety and durability.

  • Roof inspections are typically needed to renew insurance policies on roofs. These inspections certify the type of roof coverings, ages, and conditions. Photographs are required and provided with the reports.

  • Mobile homes present a unique inspection challenge to an inspector as they are generally built to HUD building specifications and not local building codes. We have taken and passed InterNACHI's Mobile and Manufactured Housing Inspection Course that is also certified by HUD and have inspected hundreds of mobile homes in St Petersburg, FL.

  • Interior inspection of condominium unit or areas not maintained by association. Interior areas such as HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electric, windows/doors, attics (if present) are all inspected.

  • The most common types of Wood Destroying Organisms found in Florida are the Drywood Termite, Subterranean Termite. Dry rot or fungus damage which are also WDO’s that should be looked out for and are more common than termites. Together they cause billions worth of damage to persons and properties, which is why a WDO inspection is so important.

  • We are Drone Pilot Certified through InterNACHI and are able to provide aerial photos of your property to be used for selling your home.
